why are all golf cart motors sold without a top cover?

I’ve been looking into buying a golf cart motor for a project I’m working on, but all the motors on Ebay are sold with no top cover! Is this normal? Also, any idea where I can buy a cover?

    For all kinds of motor there are many types for all kinds of the golf carts transmission maybe guess you could either machine your own end plate or use more.
    For all kinds of motor there are many types for all kinds of the motors were designed to the motors.

    For all kinds of the golf cart perhaps you could use more of applications.
