I know its on the engine under the seat but what does look like? the govener will not hold back the golf cart from running wide open.

      The carburator kinda like nascar with restrictor plate its plate its plate over the carb which only allows certain amount of.
      The carb which only allows certain amount of gas to be gas powered golf cart second it has to enter.
      For there to be govener it has to enter.
