I just bought a used Golf Cart. Just the other day i got stopped by a local police officer. he said that i shouldnt be riding around the neighborhood since i am under 16. i have a golf cart permit on my windshield. it was certified in 1992. has it expired? and does it give me permission to ride on my golf cart by myself or with some friends?

For example only by you you have certified sticker from 1992 has nothing to do with the neighborhood assume you saying you.
The fact that gold cart is not be on it riding around on private property like golf course for example only by you dont have certified.
