looking for a trainer locally in greenville sc specializing in border collies/herding dogs?

he also has issues with bikes,skateboards and golf carts-assuming this is part of his herding instinct. i love him more than anything in the world and will do anything to keep him healthy and happy. he travels everywhere with me and gets plenty of socialization w/people & other dogs. even has a dog sitter(they have a dog too) who watches him while i work. any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated! he expresses most bc characteristics, except he’s pretty laid back.
