It is a manufactured cart. It was built by the Bobcat corp of Wheeling Ill. in 1956 I have a title for it. I also have a copy of a 1962 Golf Digest Magazine with an ad for these. It is not a home made cart. I’ve seen pictures of one other from somewhere out west, but could not contqct the owner.
It is running, I took it golfing this last fall!

That looks like a home-made cart from a modified motorcycle.

The picture this looks incredible however it may very well be homemade adaption of some other piece of some other insignias on the first time you certainly have applied to golf.
