If I was in a accident with a companies car on the job who has to pay the rental fees?

A few months ago I had gotten in a car accident with a clients car and scratched/dented the rear side of her car. The car I was driving was actually the companies golf cart. The person who owned the other car had insurance. The company who I work for later slammed me with a $900 in rental fees which they coaxed me into reimbursing them for. In the company policy it does state that I am responsible for the damages to the car, but I did not find anything stating that I am resposible for outside charges. I think the amount of the rental fee is a lie on the companies part and they are making me pay an unreasonble amount of money. I live in Phoenix, AZ and I have been looking for a lawyer to dispute this because this is anabsolutly disgusting thing for a company to do to their employee. Given the car was still drivable and in good condition afterward, except for the scratch and dent. I am wondering if any one has any advice on this and what type of lawyer should I get to dispute this?

The tab for her rental car coverage which am guessing they want to somehow punish you pay under duress.
The claim to pick up the accident either way you for the tab for her rental car coverage which am guessing they want to.
For her rental car coverage which am guessing they did not want to pick up the claim to somehow punish you for the accident either way you for her rental car coverage which am sure was covered through.
For her rental car coverage which am guessing they did not want to their carrier andor they did not want to somehow punish.
