Nightrain asked:

I am one of these guys that grew up in the time when HD was known for having problems oil leaks, overheating rattleing parts loose and throwing motorcycles togther to fast quality issues the whole AMF thing, what make a person work monday though satuday on his hog to ride only a couple of hours sunday ? and take a chance to have to push it again home ?the answer to this question that only a person that has a burn in their soul to ride a Harley Davidson there is no ride that is the same , if HD is the whole image of motorcycles, you say a jap bike is better for what ? for the pocket book ? every jap cruiser you ride how does it feel to have someone ignorant of motorcycles ask ( Is that a Harley?) its true a four cylinder jap bike will out run a Harley so what! the HOG still get there and gets more looks . when is the last time you have seen a HD twin cam broke down? not very often ,quality of a jap bike is not a issue HD has some of their parts as well which make it a great product !!
why are you still on that
how do you feel about HD ?
