I live in maryland and I am 14 but my dad has an old golf cart in our garage and I was wondering if I would be able to drive it around our neighborhood for fun. if I cant I would at least want to know how old I have to be.

      Golf carts are not street legal regardless of the age of the driver. To make it street legal you would need headlights, brake lights, turn signals, reflectors, and probably a whole lot more. Best to contact the DOT of your state instead of taking advice from strangers on the internet.
