    You have to have a state license (like an every day drivers license) to drive it legally.

    You need to get this out of your system by driving one around with one of your parents at the end of the day all around the golf course. All dad has to do is spot the nice man at the rental desk a Ben Franklin and let you drive him around till your hearts content.

    Or, ask your parents to take you to a local race track to ride the
    go carts around a track. I think they will choose the golf cart.
