How do you jam the governor on a golf cart?

i have a yamaha and an ez go golf cart and i want to know how to neutralize the governor so i can go faster then it wants. my friend said jam a water bottle in there but i couldnt figure out where. my other friend said to jam a golf tee but i couldnt figure that one out either. please help and send pictures if possible.

      The outside of the carbuerator and that is in turn attached to small coiled spring what you accelerate that thing on the outside of the outside of the little motor.
      The outside of the govenor.
