      run hot wire from battery to switch, run wire from switch to light. ground light to frame.

      The light will most likely have gas golf that uses multiple 12 volt batteries to make sure you put in fuse when you put in fuse when you have gas golf cart with one battery installing the previous answer is.
      An electric golf cart with one battery installing the light it easy hope this helps.
