probably because they feel that the younger drivers will goof off with the carts. Like play chicken or run them into a pond or something so in order to be fair. The punish all.

yes, I think if you can put down you credit card or some deposit, you should be able to drive a cart when you are able to reach the pedals.

The carts but here in cart even allow kids under 16 to be in cart even allow kids under 16 to be in cart even allow kids under 16 to let play.

You didn’t mention your age. While you may be mature enough to handle a golf cart, most people under 18 are certainly not. Having said that, some 40 year olds drive them into lakes and onto greens too.
