Golf carts run on batteries, so no they can’t run biodiesel.

The power weight or stink that have electric engines some are not any diesel engine bring to golf cart therefore there is no need for the power weight or stink that can be converted.
The other hand there probably are propane fueled there are all golf cart therefore there are not any diesel.

For it could be expensive if you were not doing all the work yourself.

Biodiesel can be used anywhere you can use #2 fuel oil. If you can find a diesel powered golf cart, you can burn biodiesel in it. No modifications will be needed.
