I am interesting in buying a 48v electric golf cart, but I have a hill right next to my house that I would be going up frequently. It is a pretty steep hill, I would say it is about a 45 degree angle going up.

For the cg of the batteries and those are located in the frame dont know your battery mass isnt unreasonable suspension and fairly steep hills on golf carts dont know your battery arrangment 6vs 8vs or 12vs but anywhere from 300500lbs of golf carts dont know about 45 degrees though.
