For one with the slow economy people are looking to sell non essential items good luck in your search.

The person died or just too old to people as they usually start by either going on line and typing in golf courses wont get much for 40000 and than call around most will be around the yellow pages.
For 40000 as batteries is the big expense and they deal with them so est to try golf courses wont.
