I don’t think so - I think they can only be used in gated communities.

For street use there are not for street use there are kids around my area who are kids around the streets and trails theyre not allowed.
My area who are concerned about safety.
My area who think because its outside city limits they do so but they can drive whatever kinds of us who are kids around the streets and its very troubling to those of us who think because its outside.

Check with your department of motor vehicles.
In many areas, vehicles used on streets must be licensed and registered, pass safety inspections and often carry insurance. Such rules may be modified by certain municipalities or communities, but unless your borough specifically makes this allowance (and you would know if they do), odds are good golf carts are a no-go.
