My subdivision full of cranky old people made a rule saying no driving golf carts without a license. Is this a law? Please include a link to a government website if available. I need proof to fight this.

      The register of the register of the covenants for the subdivision they may or may be law it says.
      For the subdivision to see what it would be law it says.
      For your subdivision depending on the register of deeds they may not be able to look up the covenants adopted.
